The Flexi-Hub Story
Flexi-Hub wasn’t started because we wanted to build another call centre.
It was started because we were tired of dealing with them.
Between our Founders Anthony and Reece, we have over 20 years experience in customer service and throughout every industry you can imagine. We’ve been on every side of the conversation, taking calls, managing teams, dealing with customers, and trying to fix broken processes from the inside.
Over time, we noticed the same thing happening everywhere;
Customer service was becoming colder, more automated, and more disconnected.
Business owners were being sold “solutions” that actually created more problems.
So in 2023, we decided to do something about it.

Flexi-Hub was founded to bring real customer service back, delivered by real people who actually care. We’re building it as a customer service agency, not a traditional call centre. Why? because we believe how you treat customers is an extension of your brand, and not just a box-ticking exercise.
We’re not anti-technology. We use the right tools to support our team and improve efficiency. But automation will never replace empathy, judgement, or genuine conversations.
Flexi-Hub exists to make life easier for business owners and better for their customers. Just real customer service, done properly.
